My biggest challenge is marketing. I do go & talk to bussiness owners who always says "we have someone cleaning our offices already' We do commercial cleaning as well as residential cleaning. The important thing I wish someone would tell me is that it takes time to land that first big contact.

I don't know? The pay could be a big factor. Sometimes other employees run people off. I"be worked at a lot of places where there's too much favoritism by the supervisors,which is childish. We"re not in middle school or highschool.This is not a popularity contest.Your not going to like ALL of...

I haven't had that happen yet. In my bussiness they book an appointment for residential Housekeeping and with commercial housekeeping we clean the car bussinesses after 5 pm.
