To have a successful business, you have to provide excellent customer service, that will please your Prospects and make them want to come back. Offers that will satisfy their "Pain" being done efficiently. Easily optimized, with clarity and give best results. I wished I knew the "Niche Market" and the ability to setup a funnel; despite my expertise in Corporate Treasury and Financial Management I found this challenging. However, knowledge is wisdom. It allows me to enhance my skills and maximize my potential to meet diverse network of prospects. It's part of Growth and Development and I'm happy with that. Integrity is a critical part of my service.

My approach would be to find out the degree of pain my Client may have, with this problem in his Company. What hinders the success he wants and how much its costing him. Once I identify that,  I will research demographics, provide strategic solutions that will correct and optimize the process with phonemol results that will diminish his pain. The reason for this I'm not working for deals, I'm working with human and a process that needs optimization. If communication and integration is  resolved properly, it will provide the best result. (Company & human potential will foster good relationships and maximize results for short and long term processes. I will help those whom I consider fit this model that offers a genuine relationship to pursue their goals and meet my integrity.

(more) Hi Nicole,  I hope you are doing well. I see the list of workflows that you are doing. Sometimes we can't help ourselves because we love what we do and want to make sure our service is recognized and appreciated if we provide value.  You received some very good responses but I totally agree with Jim. Its critical that you reevaluate your Customer Service and Quality of your Service. You want to make sure that you don't give away "quality for brevity" You must ensure you are offering good quality service and you must ensure that you communicate with your customer to confirm Customer satisfaction.  Remember you are offering a service and must be willing, to deliver and ensure optimal service is accomplished. Don't be afraid to have a dialogue with your Client before you finalize your job; Also, you need to give something extra without a fee.  Perhaps you may need to setup a "Niche" to best represent your Service so that you can create a "Targeted Offer" that will meet "Customer desired goal". This could lead to expotential results, if its being done properly. If you are interested please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks

He is a Provider of a very functional and well recommended online business tool/ Software used for tracking Digital businesses. SEO is critical for online evaluations. You gave a very thoughtful answer Brent!  I think based on your business type, you should create a format of Review questions that best suits your business and submit it to your Customer upon completion of your service, in a professional and friendly manner. You can't go wrong.  Good luck!

We called it Lunch and Learn where we network with Groups in three different locations in the US at the same time. These were highly craved because of the content, value, engagement and the nuggets one received. One's mindset was more receptive because the discussions brought about awareness of some critical Topics that prepared one to develop strategies that influence some good creative action results. I think after the hustle of an hectic morning your brain needs to relax for an hour or so but it can still entertain some good discussions that will allow one to hone in on reality. Afternoon networking allows us to look at our challenges and develop more resources that will make us aim at working smart, be diplomatic and learn to incorporate healthy habits; a good laugh each day with our Colleagues. It works!!

(more) Hello Suzie, I have read most of the recommendations and they have offered very some good advices. If I were looking for a referral for an Interior Designer my first approach, I'd look at the yellow pages in my Community/ Town. Look at their Profiles, Workflows and engagements. I then compare select 2 or 3 then go to check out their Stores and have a talk. Here you can have visual, of the person's product how they layout and the quality of products they use for interior. Review the Ambiance, depending on your style and taste. Then I would scale. Depending on your circle of connections, you may find Interior Designers among your connections. You could ask and have them contact you. You could make your choice independently as the taste, choice and budget might be different to another person. Honestly, certain projects I try to do the research myself unless its not personal. If its for a Public Space then you may invite referrals. Then you may have a Team to work with. I wish you good luck in your search and decision.
