Additional motivations:

1) adopting and maintaining standards that I make sure others know that promotes assurance to perspective clients that the job is done right.

2) Speak to other trade members on the same work site and keeping them informed about certain requirements that assure that if you work with them again on another site they will instantly know if is a common requirement.
