To find people to connect with, you have to ask yourself: why? Are they in my 5-mile radius around me? Not enough there? Go 10-miles out. That should give you many more to choose from. Also, sincerely seek to connect with people that you would like to associate with. Find those people who obviously are better equipped to help you, in hopes of getting help from you as well. Be a leader in posting comments on people's posts in the Ask & Learn. You will get noticed and rewarded. Add value whenever possible and people will gravitate toward you. Spam them, and you'll be shut out and isolated in no time. Make the best of your experience and share it with everyone you meet. Alignable is a great tool for the social networking small business owner. Good luck!

Also, when you post on Ask & Learn and you hit the button to post, you'll see three options to add to social media sites: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. If you're like me, you'll have your Facebook tied to Twitter and your Twitter tied to your LinkedIn so all three are involved simultaneously. Every time you share to those sites, you add "liquid nitro" to Alignable's octane and we all benefit!
