Definitely not. Positive reviews that are filtered out for no apparent reason, no review process - such as confirming someone leaving a review actually did business with you. They just automatically list your business without your knowledge or consent. Then they non-stop call you trying to get you to pay money to advertise. Absolutely hideous.
