I totally agree with the other comments. A signed contract is a signed contract. This client is very fortunate that the landlord was willing to work with them on any level. Don't dispute over nickels and dimes. One day in court is too many!! Take what you have and be happy for it. In my opinion, the management company and landlords were fair and did not have to legally compensate on any level. Life is too short, move on.
