At State of the Art Chiropractic we believe everyone deserves a high level of health and wellness in their lives. Both doctors in this office (husband & wife) came into Chiropractic with head injuries. We've learned to live full & satisfactory lives and if we can do it, you can too!

Everyone has their own desires and needs, as they rate to what a good DC means to them. No one can satisfy everyone. 2 things: if you wear bifocals, get a set of computer only glasses. Then you can keep your head/neck in a much better position; and 2 is a special posture that you take every 1/2 hour (Bruegger's position). Sit up at the front of your chair, and put your arms to your sides. Slowly turn them so the thumbs face back and bend your neck down. It is an amazing stretch.

Every Chiropractor works differently. We use the newest technology according to Blair Upper Cervical Protocol. That is by far the most accurate method to diagnose upper cervical injuries.
