My gut reaction was to go with the more experienced consultant as you usually get what you pay for in life. As I thought more about it I thought of all the professionals that are experienced but are providing services on the lower end of the cost spectrum in order to establish thier business. You could be missing out on getting the same level of expertise and have less of a cost by getting in early. Most consultants offer a no obligation interview which you could use to assess both and see which one you are most comfortable with. I am extremely experienced in my industry, but there are times when I am the less expensive option simply because I don’t throw in things that my clients don’t need that the competitor charges for.
