About Us
First United is a place of welcome for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
We offer programs of advocacy, housing, hospitality and healing, this community space supports and celebrates the inherent strengths of all people, of all walks of life.
How We Got Started
I left a cushy job back in California in search of something more meaningful. I was lucky enough to cross paths with First United about 6 months ago.
