I was pretty skeptical about the whole thing, I didn't really believe it would make me feel that much better so quickly, but it did. Very impressed all round. I'd encourage everyone to try it for themselves. She'd based in DT Vancouver, very convenient location. The clinic was very safe, relaxing and had all the COVID protocols in place. All round great experience. "

I think every part of your networking game has to be sharpened. You first liner, clarity on who you help etc. With virtual networking you don’t know if someone has another tab open and is distracted.. so you’ve got to demand attention and really engage them. Use a question instead of a statement... (more) I think every part of your networking game has to be sharpened. I want to achieve balance across the 4 pillars of health (i read about it recently) Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Relaxation. I know that when the body is healthy, the mind is healthy, and tackling challenges is easier.  (more) I want to achieve balance across the 4 pillars of health (i read about it recently) Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Relaxation. Attend a local chamber of commerce event. Attend it 3 times. Then ask when can you speak. Offer yourself as a speaker to many other networking groups/meetups.  Jessica is right. Re-evaluate your pitch. If you are leaving phone messages, "hi, I am a financial adviser" No-one will call you back.... (more) Attend a local chamber of commerce event. Attend it 3 times. If so go "HI, I help small business owners tackle the financial world, so they can focus on what they're good at.. running their business" (something like that) If you use linkedin. Look at your extended network. You’ll be surprised how connected everyone is. Jump on Linkedin and look at 2nd connections. Ask someone you know for an introduction into a prospect to meet them for a coffee. Bravo to Charles. Great answer!

Coming in fairly late to the party here with my response. David’s answer is pretty damn good. Would you consider putting in a formal referral program in place? Encourage people to refer you and they get X% off the next time. Also I have also seen companies successfully use a discount off the quote to encourage a referral. You could say to them, “BTW there is a 30% for you if you can refer me to 3 people. (which means pass on their info, or send an email to that person and CC you with an intro). Nowadays referrals need incentives. Another way to do it. Ask your clients to share your message on social media. Give them the blurb ready to go, “your story in 1 paragrpah”. So all they need to do is copy and post to their facebook. If they are happy customers and loved your service they should have no problem doing this Or run a competition. Ask your old clients, even your facebook page audience, and tell new clients that they could be in with a chance to win a free $150 groom for their pet. All they need to do is like and share your post and they are in the contest. Best of luck with it.
