Pieoneers was founded in 2010 by Olena Tkhorovska, CEO, and Andrew Manshin, CTO.
Before starting the company, Olena worked in the technology industry and with a forward-looking startup in Menlo Park, California. That experience gave her insight into both sides of product development: building a product from within a company and helping another organization succeed as its development partner.
Olena and Andrew believed that great software starts with understanding the people who will use it. They founded Pieoneers to bring clients and developers together as one team.
