Ask them how they are doing and go over their rates after processing with me.  One of my merchants was promised a 20% savings, He was burnt in the past and VERY skeptical but decided to trust me. I went back into his business after processing with us. Not only was he happy to see his rep come in and check on everything but he was ecstatic when we looked back over his rates and he is actually at a 28% savings.
