I always explain to the customer what my uncle told me over 50 years ago. I will give the customer the choice, a low price and lousy service or a fair price and great service. I do not care which one you choose, I will still make money.

We never stopped working. I fined it interesting that the majority of our clients and customers are working as normal. In fact, there were 10-12 truck drivers and contractors all standing around in a circle this morning, maybe a foot apart and how no one knows anyone in our industry that has come...

Lori, does your company have a list of customers that they have hauled for in the past but not have hauled for in sometime? If so, start with the list. Also, contact small to medium sized freight forwarders and logistics companies. Another option is local P and D companies that receive phone...

Also, contact small to medium sized freight forwarders and logistics companies. Another option is local P and D companies that receive phone calls for truckload freight, but do not offer the service. Build a relationship with them and refer each other.
