Before you go to bed ask your Inner Self Super Conscious Mind to give you the answer while you sleep. I know this sounds esoteric and not business like but that is how many great minds have gotten the information they needed to create the many things we use today. Einstein did this. I do it all the time and when I am given the answer of how much to charge for a session I am introducing I trust it. It almost never lets me down. I set the intention I want to attract only the RIGHT clients it seems I do. I used to do it the normal way of trying to get every client possible to maximize my profits but I soon realized I was attracting clients who cost me money, time, emotional headaches and happiness of doing my work. Try it if you have doubt. Try it with things that maybe are less important in your life than a big client if you are doubting my words. It really works! Our Super Conscious Self knows what is right for us, and our company AND the client too. We are just not used to running business like that let alone our lives. Cheers and have fun doing it!

Money is great, but helping them find satisfaction beyond the money by asking them what motivates them would be a start. I ask the question...why are you not asking your employees what motivates them instead of us? Only they know this! The act of even asking to me would unlock the idea that you even care about what they desire. Its desire that motivates not money. From my experience being on both sides of the table. Hope this helps!
