How We Got Started
Bob has been a Shaklee member since the 70's. A year or so after we were married, he introduced Edie to Shaklee, its products & the business. As a retired firefighter/paramedic/fire investigator for the past 33 years, Bob wanted a second business that would be an extension of his career and way of life. But before we could build a business and share Shaklee's products and benefits, we had to incorporate them into our own daily lives. In the years since we have incorporated Shaklee into our lives, Shaklee has never disappointed us!
Today we are continuing to build a successful Shaklee business. Shaklee is helping us to realize our dreams of earning a living from home and being available for our kids. We live happier and healthier lives, and have an awesome business for our retirement years. The best part about this business is helping others achieve their desire for a better lifestyle. We're helping the distributors in our team achieve their goals, and the is priceless.

We have tried many different approached to grow our client base but we always return to networking. Face to face has been our go to, but since COVID, we have perfected our on-line as well. A referral from either a happy past client or strategic partner is always the best.

It has been my observation that most current business are interested in the quick sale and the customer service seen (when I see it) is so poor it is embarrassing that these people have jobs.
Our growth has come from a customer service base. If you contact me or one of our Mini-Office Outlets, you will find true concern and assistance from our people. We actually teach this as a part of our on-boarding program.
It is one thing to make a sale but growing a business means that they keep coming back and referring you to others.

We have been using email but prefer one on one contact. As we pride our business on customer service ( a dying art). We truly believe that direct contact is still the best marketing tool. It is very difficult to show the passion you have for your product or service in an email. Even a phone call lacks some of the passion. I really believe that Simon Sinek said it best, People buy Why you sell not What you sell. See his TED Talk Start with Why also recommend his book by the same name. Good Luck..
