I weave many modalities together in and integrated way that is not usually done. For instance deep and structural pelvic and womb healing with movement and trauma and abuse healing. I weave shamanism with yoga and somatic counseling. I weave the expressive and visual arts into movement and season earth wisdom and moon cycles. And my coaching is a weave of it all.
