"Andrew Lee, the CEO and Founder, is one of the most prompt and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend him as Publified Labs builds top notch quality websites for a fraction of the price of other companies and yet the quality is better than what else you'd find out there. These days there are alot of free SSL solutions available. Although the paid one is suggested if you are a startup and is low on budget, GoDaddy or Siteground has really good solutions for completely free.

Quick questions before I answer. I wasn't clear are you going to be Dropshipping from other companies OR will other companies be using your products and you are the actual Drop shipper.

I personally love Wordpress as a CMS. Only downside is if you dont know a lot about Wordpress and how it works you can run into a lot of problems throughout using Wordpress for a website. So in my opinion if you are just looking to create an informational or blog site, Wordpress is for sure. If you are planning on more complex site that require a lot of pages and plugins, you should look into other alternatives.
What is it specifically that your website is not performing well in? Is it performance issues with the function of your website? Or are you just not receiving the traffic you are looking for? Also you should link your website so everyone can see.

I suggest Siteground. They are really affordable and offer a lot. Only downside is they limit you on your space available but I believe they give plenty space for storage. If you do end up signing up let me know as I have an affiliate relation with them.

I would recommend Siteground. The only downside is they limit the amount of storage you can have on your server but 20gb is quite a lot of space and they offer higher plans as well. A free SSL and CDN is included as well with Siteground, however I heard it is not as good as a paid SSL...

If you decide to go with siteground send me a message so I can send you my affiliate link :). I hope this helps.

You can try using websites like https://www.fiverr.com/. The only downside is it's really hard to find a reliable individual that does good work. I personally don't use it myself for web development work but if outsourcing your work is the direction you want to go try checking it out.

This really depends on how experienced of a web designer you want to be. The concept of a web designer in 2017 is not too hard. There are many CMS (Content Management Systems) out there such as https://wordpress.org/ that give you the ability to drag and drop your pages to develop a nice looking website with all sorts of cool functionalities such as zooming in when hovering over an image. However you will probably not be charging too much for this type of work and what get's tricky is when the client begins asking for custom designs and features. In many cases when the client asks for this it is most likely that the CMS does not have the function pre-built of what they asked for. In this case you will want to know a lot of coding such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and more. The more programming languages you know the easier it becomes to achieve what the client has asked for depending on what system they use to manage their website (Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Shopify, etc.). When doing custom work such as this you can begin charging a lot more for your work.
I would suggest taking the intro to HTML & CSS class from https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-pro.... This is the easiest coding to learn. You can probably learn and understand this in less than a day. After you have learned this and feel confident try creating a Wordpress site: http://publifiedlabs.com/create-website-wordpress/. The best way to learn is trial and error in my opinion.
At this point you will know if you want to continue your path as a web designer or maybe give something else a try. If you continue down this path I suggest learning Javascript as your first programming language (Khan academy has a great course for this too). From this point the possibilities are endless and you are far more than just a web designer.
Let me know if I can help answer any other questions.
