Fred, we've found Facebook advertising to be the most cost effective and accurate way to reach the local people who are most likely to be interested in doing business with our clients. If you don't want to outsource this, Facebook has some good tutorials and I can recommend people who can teach you how to do it. If you decide to do it yourself, setup a business account at business.facebook.com; there's a lot of good information there as well.
