I got really lucky with my credit union. First off Huntington bank denied me three weeks ago because they were going off my line 31 profit for 2019. Since than the new rule is to use my gross income on line 7. Instead of having a loss for 2019 I now got to use my gross income...which in turn gets my application pushed into the final step for multiple thousand of dollars. My credit union representative went out of her way to assist me so I could get in before March 9.  I praise her and her team.
