It’s great customer service that keeps your customers loyal to you and your business — and that earns you a reputation for being helpful and a pleasure to work with.Customers want to be treated like people, not an number Humanize them, and humanize yourself, for customer service-driven growth.
Most people value something based on it’s price. But as a salesperson it is your job to sell the value of your product or service in other ways. You’re not going to say that your product is the best because it’s the most expensive, right? No (well, I hope not anyway).

You haven’t done your job (effectively at least), if you haven’t demonstrated to your prospect that what you’re selling can truly add value to their life. If you go in with a discount in hand, you’re trashing that value and throwing it out the window.

Isn't it amazing how the Internet has changed the way we do so many things? That is no truer than in the automobile industry. Prior to the Internet, a typical client would have to visit many car dealerships over many weeks to look at different makes and models. They did have some resources, like Consumer Reports, to determine what might be the best vehicle for them but there wasn't a lot of information available. By and large, consumers relied on advertising and "word of mouth" to help them gain confidence in their "big" decision. Not anymore!
The Internet has changed the way people buy cars. Consider some of these statistics:
· 93% of car buyers go online before visiting a dealership
· The average consumer now only visits 1.3 car dealerships before making a purchase
· 69% of US consumers seek online reviews before making purchases.
· 78% of U.S. adults believe it is very important to look up info about people and/or businesses online before deciding to interact or do business with them.
