Not returning calls. It is important that the customer believes that you care about their problem. When you don't return a call the customer is offended and more difficult to deal with.

We do ask for reviews. People love our service but usually in their busy lives, they forget to give a review. I have noticed that people who feel they have an axe to grind don't forget to give you a bad review without talking to us so we can resolve the problem.

I had a couple of "quirky" for use of a better word customers who gave me the two F's I have. I spoke to a couple of customers who said if I didn't have a couple they would have been suspicious. lol So what is meant for your harm can sometimes do you good.

I would suggest that you find out what is going on and who is complaining. If they won't answer your call, show up in person and ask them face to face. If they are dissatisfied, ask what you can do to improve their experience; otherwise, do they want out of the contract. Some people you can...

Some people you can never please and they are the ones that give you a bad review that sticks like glue. Maybe it is buyers remorse. Good luck.
