Jackson Consulting Group was built from my experience working at the highest levels of leadership, including time in the U.S. Senate and national political organizations.

By 2017, I had seen enough.

I saw high-performing professionals being promoted into leadership roles without the tools to lead. I saw talented teams misaligned, strong organizations underperforming, and leaders carrying pressure they were never taught how to manage.

And I recognized it because I had lived it.

I was often the one people relied on to fix problems, carry the weight, and figure it out. But over time, I realized that constant pressure, misalignment, and overextension wasn’t leadership—it was a gap.

So I made a decision.

I made it my mission to close that gap and transform leadership, one leader at a time.

That work became Jackson Consulting Group.
