The SBA claimed last week to have an Economic Injury Disaster Advance Loan available to small business among other Covid-19 (CARES) programs. It was supposed to fund in 3 days. Has anyone who applied actually seen the money?

My impression is very few if any. There is an excellent piece in today’s New York Times business section about the CARES program and small business. There is an excellent piece in today’s New York Times business section about the CARES program and small business. They plan to keep the information flowing as the SBA gets programs up and running.  Have also heard that if the second piece of legislation for small businesses passes, as much as $250 billion, the Treasury Department and NOT the SBA would run it.  Hope that this helps.
