My business is an Airbnb that rents to only family or a group who know each other. I leave a magnum of Prosecco for each party to enjoy($12.95 at Trader Joe’s) only at this time of year. My expenses are fixed and vary with number of guests booked by by 1 family or the number of people in a group.

People are traveling still, but they seem to prefer sites that are closer to their home. My business is up 13% because it is an hour west of Houston. I have turned my historic farmhouse  built in 1899 into a place of adventure. Families and friends come here to relax and walk, exercise and bike.
