I wouldn't want to work with others that would not wear a mask and endanger me with Covid. It may not give 100% protection, but at least it cuts down the spewing of Covid germs.

I agree, but in a different context. I am not fond of working or being around people that have been vaccinated considering those people are getting Covid-19 at an alarming rate. As that is no surprise to me, I and my family are at risk of contracting the virus from people who have been injected by it.
The Vaccines are up to 96% effective at stopping or reducing the severity of symptoms. Attempting to stop any virus with a cloth or paper mask is akin to stopping mosquitos with a volleyball net.
