You could try removing all of the drivers, and reinstalling the newest ones. Most of the times that works.

I offer my clients discounts for the next time they'll need my services, usually like 10 or 15% off.
Or, the simple "Please will you write a small referral"

Good question. This is how I look at it because I was actually repairing my own computers, networks, wifi situations, etc before I repaired others. This is what I did: I started at $75/hour, then thought I may have been overcharging, so I went to $50/hour, business didn't increase nor decrease, so I believed in my heart that I should have gone back to $75/hour and that's what I feel is fair in our market. Some charge a lot more, some may be less. I think people expect a certain competence with a professional on what they're paying. I may have a 2 hour PC repair bill, but because the way I am, I may actually have put an extra 15-30 minutes into it, and not charged the customer. That's just me, though.
