If your client is truly "valuable" let him/her know at the beginning of your interaction that there is an immediate deposit required for the initial work, and a substantial discount if the full amount is paid with 7 days of completion. You are NOT "too small to be treated with respect for your good work!

In tutoring, "lower price" means: seeing the student for 20 hours instead of 8!
I ask my prospect: What is your goal score? Would you like to reach it in 4 sessions or in 20? Both parents and students tend to agree on that answer!
