At Lift Nutrition, we help people meet their fitness goals by providing products for weight loss, muscle gain, increasing energy, digestive health, heart health, men's and women's health, and healthy aging. In addition to providing these products, we provide personalized coaching and online support.

The owners of Lift Nutrition are independent distributors of Herbalife. Both of us (Eric and Jacki) have had great success with these products and are excited to make them available to others. We worked initially out of our home as we searched for available retail space in the Weaverville area. Our store-front is located at 285 N Main Street in Weaverville. We blend and serve healthy shakes and herbal energy drinks on site and offer wellness evaluations and nutrition counselling and support.
