I love first time Buyers!.....they are sponges when it comes to hearing about the benefits of home buying as well as they love the involvement in the process.  I make sure the experience is as EDUCATIONAL as they want and like......I have worked with at least 7 first timers in the past two years......Additionally, anyone who hasn't purchased in 5 to 10 years might as well be first timers too because times they are a changing.
