Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. It will affect many in many different ways. It's not fair to generalize. It's no windfall to anyone. The "rich" in California will pay more tax ... those in Florida, Washington state, WY and other "no tax" states should be better off. At least they preserved charitable deductions.
