(more) I work for Beiler-Campbell realtors who have been the local agency here in beautiful southern Chester county for over 40 years.  As agents, we are constantly referring contractors and service providers to both sellers and buyers alike.   Over the years, our offices have a compiled a list of companies that we refer based on our agents experiences with these providers.  We review this list a couple times of year and update or change as needed.  Personally, I have lived in this area most of my life and have had many opportunities to meet these service providers.   I like to refer based on 1) my own experiences 2) Quality of work 3)Price.   Hope this helps and if you are needing any service provider referrals, please do not hesitate to contact me!    Thank you.

I find it easier to ask to call. You are trying to get the customer to respond positively, so ask open ended questions that most likely will result in yes answer! I would say make sure you at least have a presence on Realtor, Zillow, Trulia Etc. But buying leads is not all it's cracked up to be. Create an account and fill in all the blanks. But the best way to get leads is to work your sphere of influence and be the go to person in your neighborhood. ... But the best way to get leads is to work your sphere of influence and be the go to person in your neighborhood. Maybe do a newsletter or a postcard mailing with your info on it. 3-5x per year.
