Intuit Quickbooks Ratings and Reviews

Quickbooks Intuit has some great tools. I find the Quickbooks online great for collaborating with clients and would be great for multiple people having access to it. The space is unlimited, and you don't have to worry about backing up your data, QBO does that task for you. I have only seen it have a problem one time in the couple years I have been using it. QBO also has a ECO system that can integrate with different apps to make your life easier. For instance - I use Hubdocs. Its an app on your phone, I take a picture of my receipts and it stores a copy of your receipt and you can set it up to upload directly into Quickbooks saving you time from having to enter it manually.
You can do many cool things to make your life easier. Some of the apps are a little pricey, so I only use the ones that will truly save me time and money in the long run.
The key to QBO is selecting the right version that fits your business. The downfall to QBO is that it doesn't have an asset management tool - only the desktop enterprise version and desktop accountant has it.
As for Quickbooks desktop, I like that too. You can create multiple companies and have easy to use features. But you have to back up and it forces you to update the product every three years. It's important to weight the cost options, as far a a cheaper way to go, I think the desktop version maybe a little cheaper, but I like the security of QBO and knowing I don't have to pay for updates.
