I have been with this company over 20 years as a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager in the West Hartford office.

Financing is very complex with all the rules and regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I take pride in explaining the guidelines to my clients so we can find the best products to suit their mortgage needs.
There are no stupid questions. I encourage a dialogue. I am usually available via cell phone seven days a week. Most people look at homes on nights and weekends. That's when they need answers. However I strongly encourage clients to get preapproved during a normal work day so I am near a computer and can assist them with a written preapproval letter. This is necessary to go out shopping for a home with most realtors.
I also happily assist my clients in refinancing their current home.
Home improvements, college expenses, second home purchases or debt consolidation are areas that I can offer my expertise.
Sometimes you can save thousands of dollars by just restructuring your current loan.
