Founded in 2004 by Avi Smith-Rapaport, We Care Computers (WCC) is a family-owned and operated, full-service Managed IT Services Provider. We provide a variety of both on and off-site computer related services to businesses throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Some of our services include cloud computing, email hosting, network management, and day-to-day operations. Our focus is to support our clients with IT solutions that will enable them to be more efficient and more productive. We specialize in providing support for the professional services industry.

Aidan, We find being partners with big named vendors work really well for us. This way you have a business support channel and don't have to deal with retail issues.

Jon, Great question you bring up here. What I find works well in the technical world also works well in life as a whole. The saying "Less is more" really does seem to hold up. We may get at most 5% of customers who want to know the nitty and gritty details. Most of our customers want to know...

Great question. We only recommend monitored products. Our clients have enough trouble dealing with their businesses and what they do best. You should hire a proper MSP (Managed services provider) to handle your IT needs so that you can worry about your business and not your computers. Cheers !!
