To me the biggest misconception is. People try to put on the act like the job and customers are the most important part. And in reality your actions speak that money is more important than customer service. I think we need to get back to the old school ways ,and enjoy our job, and what we do and how we come across in what we do that how much money it brings to us. There's an element missing. Peace and happiness in the workforce. If you can find that I think we've captured the best part of working. That is one thing that cannot be purchased with money. That has to be found within you.
