All Media Productions is the merger of PM Lighting and Productions and Sound Methods. Combining the Equipment and design with the labor and staffing to ensure a complete package.

It's a catch 22, we have moved to a 50-75% deposit depending on the client. If that doesn't work you have to make that decision how valuable the client is, you can not finance your clients business and they need to understand that. You can also start charging 1.5% a month interest but I have found that never works. We try to have a long conversation with them explaining the costs of their late payments and work some kind of mutual agreement. Mostly it's about communication, but sometime you need to let a client leave to understand how well they really have it
Business relationships are a 2 way street, you need to nurture it and make sure both sides are getting what they need. I try to help my clients look at all sides of our relationship to find the way we best compliment each other and from growth will be organic.

Good question! As long as i put a fair bid in I stand by my bid. If someone is going to be cheaper that’s their decision and they should question why the price difference(is it quality)? We provide a quality product at quality pricing and we stand by our proposals.
