I would love to talk with you more to be avle to provide the best answers I can, but to answer your question in a genaric way. The truth is you do them as often as you want. Usually it is quartlery, but with new employees, the start of a new business, and when issues arise I would say monthly. I hope this helps a little bit. May I ask some question? What have they been doing up to this point? Where has the money to start the development stage come from? It all depends on what my needs are at the time. If I have no need at the time or no interested in looking into new options then I will not respond to either cold calls or cold emails. I want to know how you are able to solve a problem. What the bottom line is. I like straight forward sales pitch when I am being sold to especially with work. I deal with a lot at work and I am most likely not going to spend a lot of time during prime hours with a sales person. I ask that you... (more) I want to know how you are able to solve a problem. What the bottom line is. I like straight forward sales pitch when I am being sold to especially with work. I deal with a lot at work and I am most likely not going to spend a lot of time during prime hours with a sales person. I ask that you respect that. I also do not want a million calls or emails. If I tell you that I am not ready or interested at the time do not harass me or blow up my email. Ask me what my sales process is and then respect that process, please do not try to change it, I will go another route if you do. Hope that helps.
