So fortunate to have found my niche - love so many aspects of my job and wear many different "hats". Working closely with prospective Tenants searching for the right work space, writing up Leases, collections of monthly rent, remitting payments to vendors, sub-contractors, etc. and building long lasting relationships with all my Tenants and vendors whom I respect. I've created several spreadsheets, i.e., histories of monthly utility payments for each respective unit/property, rent rolls, Tenant Directories and many others. I find myself coming in early and often leaving late as the day speedily flies by. I realize I'm tooting my own horn and boasting, simply want to reiterate it is so important to find that job that brings so many joys - knowing I am the key to helping people realize their dreams brings a sense of happiness and self-worth to me for which I am grateful.
