It all began with our engagement in 2002. The planning for our special day begins! But we couldn’t find any invitation that fit our needs. Amid the myriad of quality invitations available, none fit our needs because they were available to everyone, and we wanted something unique! As we reviewed what was “custom”, we realized that usually meant color and font choices. We were still in the market for that unique look for our special day. Our wedding was planned for the first day of autumn, and we wanted our invitations to reflect the season. Although we found handcrafted invitations, they didn’t have a user-friendly price point. What were we going to do? So I decided to design and create my own invitation. During this process, I realized how much I had enjoyed my endeavor, and thought there might be other brides in the same predicament. Hence, Celestial Invitations was born.
