I own a Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical service and install company and finding quality technicians is almost impossible. Last year I started training young people which has not worked out as they want jobs where they get paid top dollar without hard work. Me too, but that's not reality. I tried giving a signing bonus for new employees, and still, not a one good one showed up.
