If you are really "one of Jacksonville Florida's leading supplier of printing and promotional products", you need a professional looking site which create instant trust.I looked at the code as well, because I also do SEO and you do not have good H1 and H2-s on the home page. So many thing is missing.
I think all depend on the clients requirements and future use of the sites. Because WP needs maintenance and even though clients are able to do changes, they need to be aware of the cost for professional updates. Also the future use of the website. Some businesses wont do any changes for years,...

Some businesses wont do any changes for years, for those I do not think that WP is necessary. I just finished a couple of project with good old HTML, because the sites won't change in the next 1o years. ( they already knew this) So I did not recommenced WP for them. Btw, it was fun to go back to HTML and build the site from scratch. Cheers!

Do no let them to do the review on your own wifi, like in your store, as Google will ban reviews coming from the same IP. As them in a follow up email, send them the link directly, so they do not have to much at all, just to leave you a review. Add the review link to the footer of your website for easy access.
