I don't try to convince potential patients of anything. If I do, then they aren't ready to make the commitment and I'd rather they go elsewhere. If we are expected to be accountable, I expect our patients to be accountable so they will get the greatest results possible.
We are a Concierge Medical office. Patients are informed that they will be charged a fee for missed appointments. They expect us to be there for them, we presume they will be there for their appointment.
