About Us

I'm a Private Lender, a Real Estate Broker and an Investor that helps other investors become smarter and wealthier by offering loans at favorable terms and investment/business strategies that maximize profits and minimize liabilities.

I've been teaching real estate investors uncommon business and investment strategies since 2012 and am internationally recognized as a Tax Lien investing expert.

I represent investors, buyers and sellers looking for private money loans, entity use and formation (LLC, Trusts, Corps, etc), corporate formalities / record keeping and unique asset protection strategies.

I help people maximize their investments by using proper corporate structures, uncommon acquisition and exit strategies, private money loans and personal investment training.

How We Got Started

In 2001 I met a Real Estate Investor who ultimately became (and still is) my mentor. My first 10 investments were into his real estate syndications.
I began studying and investing using other investment strategies and having success with them also. As my real estate experience grew, I started using different corporate structures to minimize liabilities and maximize profits.
I rolled my self-directed IRA into a self-directed 401K which I used to invest into more real estate with greater ease and flexibility and lower costs.
In 2012 I began teaching my strategies and coaching other investors. I've traveled the country teaching large groups and individuals, co-authored an international best selling book and have been interviewed on numerous podcast and blogs.
I created Realty Ross Investments to help other investors maximize their returns using proven strategies in 2016.

I am very happy with the results they produced for me but more importantly, I'm happy with the level of personal service I received. I had a lot of questions and, at times, I was undecided upon which direction made the most sense. I'm skeptical by nature and have been be told that I can be "challenging" or "aggressive" at times. Neil (and his staff) were amazing. They always took my call. They always delivered everything they promised. They kept me informed. Neil taught me things that helped me understand why what we were doing was in my best interest. I felt understood and appreciated. I highly recommend talking to Neil Krupnick & Associates before you do anything else. Having an expert like Neil on your side is almost an unfair advantage. If you're going to hire someone, hire the best. Neil Krupnick is your attorney. Happy client Ross - Westlake Village "

My truck was repaired quickly and the work was so good that I couldn't tell that there was ever any body damage. You have a choice when it comes to choosing a good body and paint shop. As someone whose dealt with more than a few of these shops, National Auto Body & Paint is an excellent choice."

Meet and connect with as many people as you can while your there. You're not there to be comfortable, you're there to grow. Every contact you make is storehouse of experience, talents, contacts and other resources that can be yours to use - if you develop rapport with them. Listen, share, serve, love. The best exercise in the world is lifting other people. Look for ways to contribute to the key contacts you meet and leverage the power of love.

Lack of Knowledge in areas like Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Qualified Retirement Plans. I'm stunned when I learn of how much liability exposure and/or taxes people are needlessly paying. You have to pay taxes - but you don't need to leave a tip. (more) Lack of Knowledge in areas like Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Qualified Retirement Plans. For being awesome, here's some free coaching: Here's a basic outline for your pitch. This pitch intro should take 20-30 second max. 1. Name 2. Title 3. Company 4. What you do 5. The Problem 6. The Solution 7. Why your solution is Remarkable 8. What you want. You may want to agitate the problem before presenting the solution. You should consider marketing CPR Classes from the perspective of helping your students "Avoid a Loss" as opposed to "a Potential Gain". Example: Avoid a Loss = could save a loved one or stranger from choking Potential Gain = learn a new skill, become more valuable, etc... Our family owns a CPR Business in Orange County, CA. Let me know if I may be of further assistance. Coach Ross
