My office staff work remotely for the past 3 years. I find it to be much more productive on time management everything is documented. As a realtor who owns a real estate brokerage Ruspini Realty in Westport I work for large Banks and Hedge Fund companies on different time zone. Speed and accuracy is vital to our industry. Most of our homes are sold online with 3D tours , Virtual tours and auctions online. Just added 2 more Staff remotely. It allows everyone to be more productive and have time to do what they love with out the stress of traffic and waiting in lines for coffee.

Be kind to each other, look out for one another. Stop piling up your carts with eggs the senior did not get her eggs you had 4 boxes of eggs why? This happened in trader Joes. No need to panic this will make us all stronger and have more superpower to do good for each other. I gave a mask to an elderly in CVS Greenwich this morning. He was asking where he could purchase a mask. You should have seen his face when the clerk said they were all out. I went to my car and hand him a fresh mask. As a realtor, I carry masks, booties, and wipes in my car trunk so he needed a mask. I went to my super trunk and handed him a mask. Now, If anyone having extra masks do share with your seniors. See how we can help. This is how we take care of our communities as small business owners.

Absolutely a must, we don't work for free. You need to know what is their buying power. You don't want to drive around with a person that have money and never paid any bills. You can't get back the time you have just wasted. Sellers need to sell and I need to make a sale so do you.
