We recently completed a website project for a new business. Toward the end of the project, the client informed me that she chose me because I was so personable and informative on the phone during her initial call, whereas others immediately went into sales mode. The first time we met, she gave me a big hug. I was so moved by that, I turned it into a blog post.

Totally. Sometimes it's the vibe of that first chat that seals the deal, not even the service itself.nIt's so easy to just jump into sales mode, but when you actually take a minute to listen and break things down, it makes a huge difference. Sounds like that's what really clicked for her.
