Both calls were delightful. I found Lois to be honest and open, upbeat, an attentive listener and someone I’d like to continue to get to know better. Ordered a copy of "Don't be that Kid at School". Loved it! Can't wait to pass it on to some of our more age appropriate family members of young children -- and I mean that in the nicest possible way. The book is a well done constructive learning tool to help reinforce positive character behaviors and should provide some stimulating kitchen table discussions. "

He's professional, articulate, family centered, interested in helping others -- very upbeat and fun. I enjoyed our initial "quick connect" chat enough to want to learn more about him and so glad I did. As a result of our follow-up call, I was able to connect him with two young family members just starting similar (but not competing) career paths. I see that as a WIN-WIN. "

ASK each and every customer.  Make it easy on them.  Keep it simple.   Give them ideas of what you are looking for.  Make sure they have the website address.  (more) ASK each and every customer.  Make it easy on them.  Keep it simple.   Give them ideas of what you are looking for.  Make sure they have the website address.

Hands down, I prefer paperbacks to digital.  No particular other reason than that I like the feel of a "real" book in my hands.  (more) Hands down, I prefer paperbacks to digital.  No particular other reason than that I like the feel of a "real" book in my hands.

You can self-publish through KDP.com, a member company of Amazon.  You can also if you like turn your print book into a e-book through their Kindle site, and do an audio version through ACX (also part of Amazon).  (more) You can self-publish through KDP.com, a member company of Amazon.  You can also if you like turn your print book into a e-book through their Kindle site, and do an audio version through ACX (also part of Amazon).
