First and foremost we have been in business for over 65 years that alone speaks volumes. No company can stay in business that long without having a good relationship and great customer service with their customers and doing everything in their power to accommodate the customers needs. You must care about the people not just the sale or the money, if the people can't trust you and you are not as good as your word then you will not be very successful and have quite a few repeat customers as we do. Here is just one example; when a customer comes in to buy an RV and has no knowledge of what to do, how to use it or make things work because they have never had one. By the time they are done the walkthrough and learning how everything works the owner gives them his cell phone number and tells them if you have any questions or run into a problem you can always call no matter what day or time and he will help you out.

Well I think first of all that when they started expanding the Walmart stores to super Walmart and adding other places like Ollie's, gabes, etc. more people started going to them because you could find most of the same stuff cheaper. Toys R Us was always pretty expensive unless they had a good deal going on and they did not keep up with what the customer wanted. You need to be in a good location and offer things at prices that people want, need and can afford. There are so many people these days that have 3 or 4 kids and just can't afford to pay $60.00 for something when you can get the same thing, same quality at one of these other places for half that price. If you listen to the customers and try to accommodate them, treat people with respect and understanding you have a better chance at succeeding. I have been several places where I needed help and you see 15 employees playing around instead of trying to help you then you won't want to return to that place.
