About Us

We run a family oriented company and retain a high percentage of our employees which is very hard to do these days. All of our employees are encouraged to take continuing education in which the company pays for. In our trade it’s very important to keep up with all the changes as our world continues to go green. We specialize in service and retrofit work but do some construction. We take pride in repairing and installing equipment properly as so many company’s have switched to flat rate pay systems most of our employees are hourly and don’t feel pressured to sell customers things they don’t need. Our company was started in 2002 by Travis Kerig who is still the current president of the company. We go through a strict hiring process to assure each new hire is right for our company. We continue to grow and learn everyday and would like to thank all our loyal customers.

I felt they did a very good job inspecting the home and found problems even though they were minor that I didn’t even think about. I then used them to purchase a property and they did a great job in pointing out things that I didn’t think of or recognize. I highly recommend them. They also do a great job with pest control and at a reasonable price. "

(more) Yes most definitely.  Customers today are well educated and I always it’s nice to see exactly how educated your customer is with whatever it is you service. I also often learn of problems that only the homeowner would know as we are not in the home 24/7 so I find that by listening to your customer you can often help solve the problem.  Especially in the HVAC/R repair as sometimes the problems don’t always happen when we are on site so sometimes your customer can tell you what has been happening but sometimes it’s intermittent. I’ve had several customers help solve difficult problems. The problem is that the average professional doesn’t have time to listen and more than not think they know way more than homeowner or building manager. Today’s customer is at least twice as knowledgeable as they were 15 years ago. As far as I’m concerned the more info we get from customer the better we are. It also assures the customer you actually care.
