About Us

With over 20 years of full time experience in Tyler, I have some of the most wide ranging experience in the area. I have guided first time buyers in making that all important first purchase, I've aided experienced home buyers purchase their next move up home, and I've guided seniors into that sometimes perplexing decision of downsizing. During the downturn of 2005-2010, I sold over 500 foreclosures, representing two of the largest financial institutions in the nation. Now, with the knowledge learned selling foreclosures for banks, I use the knowledge to help individuals and investors make educated purchases of foreclosed properties.

Having grown up raising horses and cattle, I'm well versed in farm and ranch sales as well.

In the commercial market I work with business owners in the purchasing or leasing of properties, and I represent investors who are seeking to build real estate portfolios.

In 2017 I served as Chairman of our local board, leading over 1300 REALTORS® and affiliates in building a strong board to serve our community as professionals, and to improve the community we live and work in. I also serve on our state association in positions that promotes and protects private property rights. Our goal is to provide a voice for our community in legislative matters, and a conduit for our legislators to reach our community.

I've trained over 100 agents in the industry, and have attained a success rate of 5 times the industry average for REALTORS® excelling and building a long term career in real estate.

Specialties: Residential, Commercial/Investment properties, Farm & Ranch

How We Got Started

My career in real estate began as a tool to learn how to purchase real estate for my own investment portfolio. I quickly realized my talents were better served assisting buyers and sellers of real estate. While I enjoyed investing personally, I quickly realized others were being guided by agents without first hand knowledge of investing themselves. The second thing I learned, most agents didn't have knowledge in renovations, the associated cost, or how to reconfigure a homes floor plan without adversely affecting the structural integrity of the home. I have the first hand experience to help investors avoid many of the pitfalls they encounter getting into real estate investing. I would love to assist you with your real estate needs.

(more) A few years ago a friend contacted me asking for help.  He had been contacted by another friend asking if he could help with a serious need.  He was in ICU with lung cancer, and wasn't expected to survive more than a few hours, to possibly a couple of days.  He needed someone to buy his home to keep his kids from fighting his wife to take the home away from her.  I prepared a contract, my friend paid cash for the home, and with the help of an amazing title company, we got the title work completed within a couple hours.  I went to ICU in the next county to meet with the seller and get the contract signed, sign the closing documents with a notary, and complete the transaction in less than three hours.  This gentlemen looked at his wife and said "I have completed my promise to you, and now I'm at peace.   "I love you".  He then looked up and said, "Lord, I thank you for giving me the time to complete this task.  I'm ready to come home".  He closed his eyes, and within minutes he had indeed joined the lord.   I will never forget that experience, and the blessing I felt by being a tool to bring a family peace during a time of need.

Pre-approvals that have meaning, in other words, they close.  And someone who communicates on a level that my clients understand, and feel comfortable with.  And then we have the big one.  They charge respectable fees, allowing volume to produce the income.   (more) Pre-approvals that have meaning, in other words, they close.  And someone who communicates on a level that my clients understand, and feel comfortable with.  And then we have the big one.  They charge respectable fees, allowing volume to produce the income.
