What a great inspiration Al, you brought back the valuable principles and qualities of Reputation and Trust.
Conscious of having a quality mindset due to my earlier experiences acquired as a small business owner, and jobs with service orientation, looking always toward long-term business relationships thru client satisfaction with mutual reciprocity and understanding; Reputation and Trust makes a lot of sense to me.
One of the most enjoyable things for me is to connect with real people to know their business, in a simple, casual, and relaxed way, so we can truly serve the needs of our businesses.
I so much appreciate your recommendations of taking time to reach out to connect, build relationships, and know the business or the owner, so we are equipped to give a genuine and specific recommendation that carries more weight.
Thanks so much

I had no recovery at all, I'm still close for business since working online requires paying for the website, advertisement, traffic, new computer with al the safety fixtures and training that require to work online and I have not the money to found my business online, so I'm looking for a job to pay for the car that I bought in February before the pandemic, thinking that I was able to visit clients and do business.

In reading all the conditions to apply for a loan for my internet business, I didn't qualify, so I turn to Pay Pall and they say I got it, but all that I receive it was a debit card to deposit my own money. I have received many advertisements jobs to put stickers in my car for 300 to 500 hundred a week, I check it out, and then I receive 2 envelops with false checks one for 3900 to deposit in my account, and then send money to someone else to paint the stickers in my car. an old scam that is running in digital marketing now. So, I opt out of all digital advertisements and online offers for loans. I will wait until I have a clear path to what I want to accomplish. For me having a business loan without knowing if I am able to honor the payments is not an option.

Have safety procedures for your workplace and then train every employee in their job assignment and how to use their personal protective equipment PPE. Enforce it 100%. minimum things like spills of any kind, careless in doing the cleaning, things in the wrong place, and distractions can be very costly if you don't prevent them. One big source of distractions in the workplace and classrooms are the cell-phones. Treat your workers and customers as Assets, invest in them, respect them, pay them well; and we all will have the benefit of human-Quality in all areas of our lives.
